I have been seeing Louisa for a year, and I love everything that Louisa does. Her facials put you to sleep, but leave you invigorated. Massages = awesome! Lash extensions are great and look very natural compared to most places. Im super impressed with the Eyebrow MicroBlading! I just had mine done! It was super easy and painless. She really takes the time to create the perfect enhancement to your brows, for your face, all with your input and final approval before she starts. I trust her judgement and let her move forward with what she thought looked best. Im very low maintenance and between the beautiful, natural eyelashes and the microblading, I don’t plan on ever wearing makeup again!!!

I have been going to Louisa since May 2014. She conducts herself as a professional in every way that a licensed massage therapist should. I am constantly amazed at the level of care that she brings to her practice at My Retreat.
I have been recovering from fracturing my right elbow in 3 places. The muscles in my right arm and shoulder atrophied from having to keep my arm at a 90 degree angle during my recovery. There was also nerve damage in my right hand. Today I have almost full use of my right hand and arm back, and I attribute all that I have accomplished to Louisa’s excellent care.

The owner previously worked at a salon. I used to go there if I needed a facial or massage. When she left, I went with her. She does a fabulous job on my face. I feel happy. She’s a professional. She does a great job. The place is completely renovated, it’s so nice, wide and clean. It’s cozy. I’ve never had a problem with availability because I all ways make my appointment a month in advance. You go in, and you have her one on one. Her bedside manner is great. She’s British. She has a really nice accent, she really top notch.
